Rachel brings a variety of skills to the table including (but not limited to) 16 years experience as a group fitness instructor - Yoga, Pilates, Les Mills BODYCOMBAT®, Les Mills BODYFLOW®, Les Mills TONE®), karate (black belt), boxing, kick-boxing, martial arts & bicycle.
Firearms training: handguns, bolt-action rifle, assault rifle, transitions.
Rachel has a good ear for accents and coaches accents & dialects for Eastlake High School Drama productions.
In her mid-twenties Rachel spent 3 years as an Aerobatic Wing-Walker for the Cadbury's Crunchie Flying Circus, standing on top of a Boeing Stearman bi-plane at airshows in the UK and Europe!
